Summary The Supervisor (Key Holder) is a support role that assists the Store Manager in daily operations and sales management. The Supervisor ensures the sales team meets efficiency and customer satisfaction goals, maintains store replenishment, executes marketing and promotional changes, and supports sales associate training.
Responsibilities
Act as a role model and keep customers as the top priority.
Achieve excellent secret shopper scores.
Maintain store visual appearance and overall cleanliness.
Understand and communicate store sales plans and results.
Promote merchandise and demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy aligned with corporate and district initiatives.
Analyze business trends and inventory opportunities.
Plan workflow, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels according to business trends and payroll guidelines.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operations.
Assist with loss prevention reporting.
Motivate and supervise staff.
Execute pricing strategies to achieve gross margin.
Set up merchandise according to visual guidelines.
Communicate store inventory opportunities to the Store Manager.
Support replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
Adhere to Human Resources standards.
Hold teams accountable for results and communicate opportunities.
Manage conflict and involve team in decision making.
Maintain confidentiality and meet commitments.
Requirements
Energetic and positive attitude.
1-2 years of retail experience.
Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
High school degree or equivalent.
