Night Guest Attendant – WoodSpring Suites, Baton Rouge, LA This position is an overnight role that requires a professional and problem‑solving individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests. The Night Guest Attendant will work independently during the overnight shift, providing excellent customer service and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the property.

Primary Duties

Conduct property inspections overnight to ensure safety and security.

Assist guests with after‑hours check‑in and check‑out, addressing any concerns.

Perform laundry duties: washing, drying, folding and organizing linens and towels.

Clean and maintain public areas, including vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing; prepare rooms if housekeeping could not complete them during the day.

Follow emergency procedures and maintain security of guests and property.

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel operations preferred.

Proficient computer skills.

Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.

Strong problem‑solving and proactive attitude.

Physical Requirements

Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for extended periods.

Regular lifting, pushing or pulling of up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
