Esme Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Responsibilities
Provide maid service for guest rooms and ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Replace unused amenities and report maintenance concerns.
Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
Perform thorough cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies; fill ice buckets as preferred by guests.
Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaners.
Assist PM attendants by stripping and making beds, changing linens, dusting all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
Empty trash and restock room supplies.
Sign for room keys and restock heavy cart.
Inspect rooms visually for cleanliness, appearance, and sign off on completion.
Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
Report any suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to Safety/Security.
Provide general assistance, instruction, and/or guidance for guests and employee safety during emergencies.
Perform any additional duties as assigned, including cross‑training.
Keep work area neat and organized.
Qualifications
Must be able to carry 25 lbs.
Commitment to superior customer service.
Strong initiative and self‑motivation.
Fluency in job‑related English, both verbal and written.
Respect for diversity and inclusive workplace practices.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Minimum one year experience within a housekeeping department.
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as required.
