Responsibilities
Consistently follow the established sequence of service to provide the highest level of guest service.
Build and maintain a personal clientele through guest interaction and name/face recognition.
Anticipate guests’ needs and respond appropriately.
Manage a cash bank to ensure quick service for cash‑paying guests.
Perform all opening and closing duties daily and maintain cleanliness of the shift area and service bar/stations.
Work as part of a team to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Follow all company policies, procedures, health, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with management and team members.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism with both guests and team members.
Comply with all manager and supervisor requests.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of restaurant services, food, wine, beer, and spirits.
Proficiency with systems used within the company, including POS, opening and closing procedures, cash handling procedures, and food knowledge.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bi‑lingual ability (a plus).
Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications or licenses per local gaming regulations.
