Line Cook – Full Time Join AAC as a line cook in our Main Clubhouse and become an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our members and their guests. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence. If you’re a motivated team player who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in providing outstanding member service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, maintain, and break down assigned workstation in accordance with performance standards
Prepare food items and meals by accurately following recipes, instructions, and guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and cared for
Comply with all state and local health and food safety regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall kitchen operations
Primarily work 2:00 pm to close shift (typically 10 PM)
Qualifications & Core Competencies
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a culinary or food service role
Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and familiarity with all line positions
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Resume must include recent work history relevant to the position
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable performing continuous repetitive motions
Must be able to work in environments that may be hot, humid, and noisy
