Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft. May be required to participate in contingency situations, real world, and exercise. Duties

Makes complete travel arrangements for Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and Temporary Duty (TDY) travelers. Reviews travel orders and determines entitlements for active duty military, reserve component members, DoD civilians, and dependents for worldwide travel to remote and isolated sites. Issues travel documentation. Performs other clerical and administrative tasks in support of transportation work. Qualifications

Specialized experience requirement: at least one year of specialized experience at GS‑05 or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures to perform travel assignments and resolve conflicts. Knowledge of entitlements and documentation requirements for foreign and domestic relocation travel under joint travel regulations. Knowledge of a variety of passenger travel arrangements. Knowledge of passenger service center protocols. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Education
