Responsibilities
Provide make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. Collaborate as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
Qualifications
Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable; we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, and we are open to those looking to develop skills in these areas. Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software. Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
