Job Description As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, delivering a welcoming and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work with a high‑performing team, create impact with in‑store events, and help maintain our visual merchandising standards.
Responsibilities
Provide makeup application and skincare advice to customers.
Offer hair and fragrance consultations upon request.
Deliver a personalized, inspirational, and authentic customer service experience.
Collaborate with the team on in‑store events and initiatives.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store.
Support the store’s retail operations during evenings, weekends, and special events.
Qualifications
Retail experience preferred, but beginners with strong technical and creative skills may also apply.
Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Proof of right to live and work in the United States (if invited for interview).
