Hourly Wage:
$20.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience. ISS offers full‑time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a comprehensive leave program.
Work Hours:
Mon – Fri + Weekends, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
Key Purpose:
The GMP Cleaning Technician is responsible for executing cleaning processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP regulations, environmental health and safety guidelines, and any other related restrictions. Under the general direction of the lead technician and the overall direction of the supervisor, this position is responsible for the hands‑on execution of all room cleaning/sanitizations in the production area and surrounding corridors.
Success Criteria:

Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers professionally
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items

Understand customer service and satisfaction
Understand reporting systems and the environment

Ideal Candidate Experience:
Related GMP manufacturing experience is preferred
Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures is a plus
Ability to read, write, speak English, and communicate effectively
Basic math skills
Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
Key Accountabilities:
Perform sanitizations per GMP regulations in production areas (mop and/or wipe floors, walls, ceilings, curtains, etc.)
Strictly adhere to Safety and GMP SOPs and perform related documentation clearly and legibly
Receive garment and uniform inventory and stock supply rooms in production areas
Empty trash containers and maintain an adequate amount of cleaning supplies
Support all local manufacturing operations
Supply components, small parts, tubing, etc.
Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines
Manually clean portable equipment and small parts
Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary
Train other technicians if applicable
May perform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Stand 33%, walk >66%, sit
Use of hands and fingers to touch, handle, grip, feel, grasp; reach above shoulders
Push/pull and grasp with hands and arms 33–50%
Climb or balance
Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Perform repetitive tasks
Stand for extended periods of time (up to 2 hours at a time followed by a 15‑minute break) over an entire 8‑ or 12‑hour shift
Climb ladders and stairs while wearing special gowning
Push and pull up to 100 pounds (with assistance of material handling equipment)
Lift a minimum of 10 to 50 pounds; frequently lift 0–10 pounds; lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periods
HSEQ Compliance:
All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks.
