Responsibilities
Complete a 12‑week interactive Manager‑in‑Training program covering housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker roles.
Train, coach, and supervise staff on quality control, safety, and service standards.
Maintain reports on income, expenditures, inventory, personnel, and equipment.
Assist with payroll, staffing, purchasing, budgeting, and scheduling.
Communicate directives from client managers and facility staff to HCSG team.
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality guidelines.
Promote a positive customer and resident experience.
Demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and web‑based reports.
Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policy, as required.
Live within the service area and be able to start on the scheduled date.
