Key Responsibilities
Assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat
Provide detailed information on available accommodations, services, and local attractions to help clients make informed decisions
Process reservations accurately, confirming all details to ensure a seamless booking experience
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings professionally and promptly
Maintain thorough records of client interactions and reservations in our CRM system
Stay informed about hospitality trends and local offerings to provide clients with the best recommendations
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality support, or similar roles is advantageous
A strong passion for travel and knowledge of hospitality services and destinations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to manage inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is preferred
Self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered
