In this role, you will assist German‑speaking clients in navigating their travel plans and offer support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality customer support to German‑speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction is maintained
Document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow‑up
Collaborate with various departments to provide solutions for complex customer issues
Stay updated on travel regulations, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience
Able to juggle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking tools is beneficial
A positive and proactive approach to problem‑solving
