Road Mechanic Are you seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations, develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management, and work with an incredible team in a safety‑focused environment?
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.
Work with Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale power‑generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.
Use hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting fundamentals.
Be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Provide mechanic’s tools of trade if needed.
Possibly provide bilingual (Spanish or other) support based on location needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; 21 years of age and a CDL may be required in some locations.
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. This description is not a complete listing of all duties; reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Pay and Benefits Base Pay Range: $22.40 – $30.80 per hour.
Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
