Duties
Greeting and orienting residents and visitors: Providing a welcoming presence and helping new residents get settled.
Assisting with daily needs: Helping with tasks such as scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, coordinating with family members, and managing mail.
Providing information and resources: Connecting residents with relevant services, activities, and community resources.
Facilitating communication: Ensuring clear communication between residents, families, and nursing home staff.
Enhancing the resident experience: Going above and beyond to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents, creating a more enjoyable and personalized living experience.
