Responsibilities
Primary duty is to perform deburring operations on machined metal parts and components.
Other duties may include backing duties such as finishing, cleaning, marking, polishing, and painting of machined metal parts and components.
May also perform basic manual (secondary) machining operations.
Perform critical visual inspections.
Interpret written and verbal work instructions to perform assigned tasks.
Utilize equipment in proper manner to complete finishing operations or secondary manual machining operations.
Move and organize materials required to complete operations and tasks.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Keep records per work instructions.
Knowledge of commonly used manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical work instructions.
Ability to use measuring equipment.
Discipline to provide consistent and precise work on repetitive tasks.
Requirements Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prefer 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment conducting finishing work (cleaning, marking, polishing, painting, or deburring) and/or basic manual machining operations.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Work Schedule and Environment
Work schedule is 4‑10s, Monday‑Thursday.
First shift: Monday‑Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Second shift: Monday‑Thursday 4:15 pm – 2:45 am.
Overtime may be available depending on workload.
Our shop is temperature controlled and clean.
Work is performed on the production floor around large machinery.
Require ability to lift, push, pull or move up to 40 lbs.
Must have constant free mobility of hands and arms; physical and manual dexterity required.
Must be able to pass company‑paid hearing and vision tests.
Compensation and Benefits Starting hourly rate: $20.00 – $23.00 (+10% premium for 2nd shift, if applicable)
