Responsibilities
General Training & Comprehension – Learn and perform the job assignments of housekeeper, floor tech, and laundry worker positions; operate and teach others on industrial cleaning equipment.
Leadership Development – Assist in training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff per policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
Policies & Procedures – Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
Reporting – Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for HCSG and facility management.
Training – Responsible for training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff; assess work quality using QCIs.
Leadership – Handle managerial tasks: payroll, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory, budgeting.
Communication – Effectively convey directives from client managers and administrators to HCSG staff.
Safety – Use protective gear; safe mixing and use of cleaning solutions; report equipment or product needs.
Punctuality – Consistent attendance, punctual arrival, timely completion of assignments, respond to paging system.
Customer & Resident Experience – Represent HCSG politely, cooperate with supervisors, staff, and residents.
Qualifications
Positive attitude, follows instructions, performs routine tasks.
After training, use leadership skills without supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and web‑based reporting.
Punctual and scheduled work attendance.
Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, walk extended periods.
Perform routine repetitive tasks and work near cleaning products.
Live in the service area.
