Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) Licensor III / Human Services Program Consultant
Agency: Minnesota Department of Human Services (Human Services Dept) Location: St. Paul, MN Full-Time, Day Shift 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Salary: $35.96 – $53.32 hourly; $75,084 – $111,332 annually Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for licensing reviews and investigations for EIDBI services to children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Oversee Licensor II positions to ensure consistent interpretation of regulations and processes. Lead training and mentorship for Licensor II positions and prospective license applicants. Mentor complex investigations and conduct investigations to determine compliance with applicable standards. Work as policy liaison within the Department of Human Services regarding EIDBI licensing statutes and rules. Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of experience leading regulatory or compliance work or developing and implementing treatment plans within a licensed or certified health or human services program. Presenting or explaining information in plain language. Training and mentoring staff. Conducting investigations to determine compliance with applicable standards. Evaluating and analyzing information and independently determining an appropriate action plan. Preferred Qualifications
Leading operations of or supervising services delivered by an EIDBI agency. Knowledge of clinical concepts and best practices for ASD treatment modalities. Understanding investigative techniques and application to various populations. Monitoring compliance of a licensed program under conditional license, temporary suspension, or revocation. Independent problem solving without supervisor consultation. Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license. Intermittently lift up to approximately 25 pounds and drive long distances. Background investigation, reference check, and CJIS fingerprinting; complete CJIS Security Awareness training within 3 business days and obtain/retain CJIS certification annually.
