Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers. Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise, answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring each interaction is positive. Be at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform. Possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license and maintain an acceptable DMV record. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager. Communicate debris, water, oil spills and other hazards to the garage office. Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary, if authorized. Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items at airport locations. Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed. Qualifications
Education: Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. License: Valid CDL Class A, B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement and a valid DOT Medical Card. Availability: Special shift requirements may vary; 3rd shift and/or week‑end availability may be required. Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, basic arithmetic, and to present information in one‑on‑one situations to customers and employees. Appearance: Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times. Physical Demands: Stand, walk, handle cash and equipment; occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds. Benefits
