We are hiring immediately for a full‑time COOK position.

Location:

101 Vera Kng Farris Drive, Galloway, NJ 08205.

Schedule:

Full‑time, varied nights, mornings, weekends.

Pay:

$20.45 per hour. Professional cooking experience required; pizza and pasta experience a plus.

Job Summary Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.

Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Taste all prepared food items.

Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records from the area worked during service periods.

Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food‑handling procedures.

Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; ensure food and supply items are stored per standards.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.

Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.

Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.

Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

Attend in‑service and safety meetings.

Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.

Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.

Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and to the safety of others.

Abide by all company policies and procedures, including the use of proper gloves, slip‑resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
