Driver / Transportation Aide to safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and scheduled trips. This role is focused
solely on driving and resident transportation

no maintenance responsibilities . The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, safety-focused, and enjoys working with seniors in a caring environment. Key Responsibilities
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, activities, and scheduled outings Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely Secure wheelchairs properly using approved restraint systems Ensure resident comfort and safety throughout transportation Maintain cleanliness and basic readiness of the vehicle (fueling, visual safety checks) Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and facility policies Requirements
Valid
Driver’s License
with a clean driving record Prior experience transporting seniors or patients preferred (not required) Ability to assist residents with mobility needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded High School Diploma or equivalent Why Join Us
