Job Description
Our client is looking to add an IT Technician to their team. The ideal candidate will have real troubleshooting experience and the ability to work independently. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include resolving approximately 10‑12 support tickets, smartboard malfunctions, and occasional printer problems. The role requires Level 1 tech support focused on hardware and software troubleshooting, including imaging tasks, Windows troubleshooting, and printer setup. There is no phone support, Mac support, or Active Directory work involved; this is a hands‑on position.
Location & Employment Type Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, SC. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a fully onsite position in Columbia, SC.
Pay & Benefits Pay Range $21.00 – $24.00/hr.
