Responsibilities
Perform vehicle inspections, maintain interior cleanliness, fuel buses, and log trip counts.
Assist disabled passengers and other customers, responding to questions and directing them to the Facility Manager as needed.
Maintain punctuality, work in uniform, and keep a valid state‑issued driver’s license.
Report accidents, safety hazards, violations, debris, oil spills, and other incidents to the Facility Manager or garage office.
Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
Possess thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
Assist customers with luggage and other items, especially at airport locations.
Support the Facility Manager with additional duties as required.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.
License Requirement:
Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
DOT Medical Card:
Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) required.
Availability:
Willingness to work third shift and/or weekends as needed.
Language Skills:
Read/write simple instructions, present information one‑on‑one.
Mathematical Skills:
Perform basic arithmetic and use U.S. currency units.
Appearance:
Maintain neat appearance and full uniform.
Physical Demands:
Regular standing, walking, hand use; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing; occasional lifting/moving of up to 75 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$13.00 per hour.
