Apprentice Electrician – Mission Critical Data Center – Cedar Rapids, IA. Join Enterprise Electrical to work on a high‑profile data center project. Apprentices support daily operations and have the opportunity to work with mission critical systems such as UPS, generators, and switchgear. Compensation

Entry‑level Crew Support: $15–$20 per hour. Apprentice 1 (over 1 year verified experience): $25–$30 per hour. Apprentice 2 (over 2 years verified experience): $30–$35 per hour. Daily Per Diem: $120. Retention Bonus: $5.00 per hour. Apprentice Sign‑On Bonus: $500 (disbursed 30 days after start). Schedule

Standard: 5/10s + 1/8 (5 days at 10 hours and 1 day at 8 hours each week). Overtime available. Project duration: 1 year+ with additional steady work. Requirements

Active Iowa electrical trade license. 1–3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience (data center or mission critical preferred). Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and construction documents with supervision. Commitment to learning NEC codes, OSHA standards, and Enterprise Electrical safety protocols. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel and work full‑time on site in Cedar Rapids, IA. Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team in a mission critical environment. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience on mission critical data center projects. Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. CPR/First Aid certification. Experience with UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and grounding systems. Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar project management tools. Journeyman license coursework in progress or significant hours logged toward journeyman status. Benefits
