Essential Cabinetry Group, a leader in cabinet manufacturing across the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated Molder Machine Operator for its 1st Shift position based in
Simpsonville, SC . The role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, and running multiple types of machinery to produce high‑quality cabinetry following the company's machining processes and procedures. The position supports the company's core C.A.R.E. values—Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence—and requires a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support the C.A.R.E values of the organization. Follow plant safety and environmental policies and keep work areas clean and orderly. Assemble products and parts using basic hand tools. Measure materials for conformance to blueprint specifications using a variety of measuring devices. Follow production guidelines and specifications. Finalize and package products for shipment or movement. Operate/monitor different machines within the cell during daily operation to ensure quality production and minimize unplanned stops with minimal assistance/supervision. Conduct inventory and component inspections and/or audits to specification, as required. Maintain charts, logbooks, and databases, as required. Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements. Store products and materials. Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during the shift. Report on defective products or equipment. Perform and maintain accurate finished goods traceability. Escalate concerns for material, technical, and quality issues. Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements
Ability to read measuring instruments. Basic mathematical skills. Reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals (preferred). Experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of different manufacturing machines. Ability to multitask. Teamwork orientation. Detail oriented. Problem‑solving skills. Working Relationship
Communication is required across all levels of the organization—executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Machine Operator reports directly to the Department Supervisor. Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time. Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period. PPE

This position expects to adhere to all safety rules, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times on the production floor. Benefits
