Job Description This entry‑level, full‑time position is to install and maintain billboards, including installation of advertisements, maintenance of structures, and construction upkeep of billboard visuals. The position most often works alone and must manage work schedules effectively.

Daily Activities As an installer, you work with the Operations team to install and maintain billboards while prioritizing safety. Installation involves handling large vinyl advertisements, assembling them onto the structure, and ensuring proper fit. Maintenance includes tightening bolts, painting steel, repairing trim, changing light bulbs, and more. Work often involves height, up to 200 feet; comfort with heights is required.
Responsibilities
Remove and hang flexes from billboards; cut and prepare flexes and vinyl for installation; install copies on Tri‑Visions
Build and install extensions, cut brush/weeds, conduct storm damage repairs and minor electrical repairs, and maintain a clean workshop
Use power/manual tools while adhering to safety regulations
Attend installer and construction safety meetings as required
Maintain operation vehicles, tools, equipment and machinery
Take completion photos for proof of performance
Qualifications
Ability to work alone and manage your schedule
Willingness to work at heights up to 100 feet
Strong communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English
Willingness to work well with others
Basic computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel)
Ability to carry a ladder and other tools to the worksite
Working knowledge of electrical techniques
Working knowledge of fabrication techniques
Skill reading technical documents such as blueprints and diagrams
Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
Ability to safely use construction equipment
Documentation of installations through photos and logs
Practical math applications for construction tasks
Setting priorities accurately
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
OSHA 10‑hour Construction course completed
Experience working at heights up to 200 feet (preferred)
Construction or billboard installation experience (preferred)

Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work outdoors, adverse weather and climb up to 200 feet

Less than 10% nights away from home traveling
