What needs to be accomplished

While technical skills are essential, success in this role hinges on your ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and deliver long‑term value to homeowners.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately

Educate homeowners on technical information, solutions, and recommendations

Proactively recommend upgrades, preventative services, or improvements such as tankless water heaters, filtration systems, or service plans

Perform thorough whole‑home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)

Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)

Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to improve customer communication and technical expertise

What success looks like

Complete

3–4 service calls per day

Achieve a

70%+ conversion rate

on recommended services

Conduct comprehensive

safety inspections

on each call

Contribute to

membership plan sales

Maintain a

monthly callback rate of under 3%

Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiences

Requirements

Plumbing license preferred (state‑specific)

3–5 years of hands‑on residential plumbing experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
