Ongoing Weekly Training – Enhance your sills both technically and professionally.

What you’ll accomplish:

Install residential electrical systems and components with precision—ensuring full code compliance and top-tier workmanship.

Interpret electrical blueprints and job specifications to plan and execute efficient, high-quality installations.

Coordinate with homeowners and project stakeholders to ensure clarity around scope, timelines, and expectations.

Install and upgrade systems such as:

Electrical panels and subpanels

Interior and exterior lighting systems

GFCI/AFCI outlets and dedicated circuits

EV chargers, whole-home surge protection, and smart home devices

Perform system testing and verification to confirm safe, proper operation before final walk-through.

Document installation details and prepare service reports or invoices using company software (ServiceTitan).

Participate in training and development programs to enhance both technical expertise and client communication skills

Requirements

State-issued Electrical license required

4+ years of experience in Electrical Work

1-2 years of residential electrical service experience (more a plus)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience using Service Titan or other service management software preferred
