Responsibilities
Teach fundamental skills needed for the operation and setup of complex manufacturing machines that utilize turning, milling and multi‑axis machining technology using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program.
Motivate and encourage student growth and professionalism.
Support and communicate progress with students.
Prepare students for a successful career in CNC Technology.
Requirements
5+ years of CNC Machining field experience.
Good understanding of the CNC industry.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to operate multi‑axis machines, lathes, and mills.
Solid mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of CNC G‑codes.
NIMS Certification and/or Mastercam experience – a plus.
