Follow safety is our number one core value; all employees must adhere to safe work practices and company/client worksite safety policies and procedures. Assisting the project team with installation activities as needed. Proactively maintain jobsite organization and basic housekeeping, organizing materials, tools, and equipment, collecting debris, and ensuring hazardous conditions are promptly addressed. Learn to read and interpret floorplans, drawings, specifications, and cut sheets. Learn about the materials and methodologies involved with the installation of a structured cabling system. Seek to understand a task and ask relevant questions before beginning it. Maintain satisfactory compliance with customer security requirements. Exhibit and maintain a professional appearance and behavior. Be willing and able to travel as required (minimal overnight travel in most regions; frequent or extended travel in others). Additional responsibilities as identified and assigned. What We Are Looking For

High school diploma or GED required. OSHA 10 certification within the first two weeks in the role. Experience working in structured cabling or a related industry/construction. Read, write, and understand English. Ability to distinguish color codes. What We Offer

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level is typically moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, use hands, stoop, kneel, reach with hands and arms, and stand. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. If required, equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) may be used. The employee may also be required to work in tight, confined spaces.
