What You Will Do
Cut, size, and measure composite materials in accordance with process sheet instructions.
Disassemble and assemble aircraft components.
Manipulate state‑of‑the‑art materials by stretching and heating to secure them to molds.
Perform composite and metal fabrication and finishing work to extremely tight tolerances.
Read and interpret blueprints and other technical data.
Work any shift, including first, second, third, and weekends.
Use basic computer skills and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Qualifications You Must Have
High School Diploma or GED.
Qualifications We Prefer
Bachelor’s degree.
3 months experience in a manufacturing environment or completed A&P certification.
3 months experience with body work and painting, machine metal and hand tools, or composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar).
3 months experience in welding and electronics.
