TITLE Machine Operator
SHIFT Rotating 1st Shift; 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
WORK SCHEDULE
2-2-3 Rotating Work Schedule (every other weekend)

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the successful operation of the Morristown facility.
Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility.
Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
Follow cGMP procedures.
Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Entry-level Manufacturing experience.
Basic Computer skills needed.
Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Overall work history including attendance will be considered in the selection process.
Motivation for continuous learning.
Ability to openly embrace change.
This position is designated as a Safety‑Sensitive (A safety-sensitive position is one in which the associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others).
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand during 12‑hour shifts with regular breaks.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 lbs.
Repetitive arm/hand movement.
