Industrial Maintenance Technician ALL Shifts
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Direct Hire
A leading Tier One manufacturer is seeking dependable Industrial Maintenance Technicians for all shifts. You’ll perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on production equipment in a clean, fast-paced environment. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with full benefits and room for growth.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery and mechanical systems
Perform preventative maintenance and record activities accurately
Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Use hand and power tools to adjust, replace, or rebuild components
Install and maintain conduit, piping, regulators, and hoses
Support production teams to reduce downtime and ensure safety
Qualifications
1–3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical repair
Ability to read diagrams, follow instructions, and work independently
Basic computer and documentation skills (Microsoft Office)
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with noise, heat, and dust (PPE provided)
Compensation & Benefits $22–$30/hr based on experience
