Perform other general maintenance work incidental to above duties, or necessary to keep buildings in working order, including basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** ·

Performs all aspects of construction work such as carpentry, cabinet making, metal stud framing, ceiling and acoustical tile installation, sheet rock installation and finishing and door/door jamb installations.·

Compiles lists of equipment, tools and supplies needed.

Calculates cost estimates, obtains materials.·

Provides direction and training to other employees.·

Operates cars, vans, bucket trucks and related vehicles.·

Repairs and maintains building systems, such as plumbing and electrical equipment, as needed, to keep systems in working order.·

Perform repairs to carpet, security doors and gates, passenger seating and overall appearance to the traveling public.·

Inspect and repair building envelope such as, roofs, windows, doors, and gutters.·

Inspects assigned airport construction projects. Coordinates work with contracted construction inspectors and tenants.·

Subject to emergency call back for equipment repairs and inclement weather.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** ·
