Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on‑call rotations
Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards
Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician
EPA certification and a valid driver’s license
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans
Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
Physical Requirements
Safely work at heights using ladders up to 28‑32 feet; operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits
Lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs
Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks
Maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity
Stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day
Use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously
Operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers
Travel to customer sites as needed; occasionally work in an office environment
Follow all applicable safety procedures
