Maintenance Tech
Woodward Management Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance operations and uphold community standards. The role operates under the guidance of the Service Director and collaborates with the Community Director to achieve financial and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive and reactive maintenance tasks throughout the property, ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety policies.
Inspect and maintain property curb appeal, exterior lighting, and grounds to support leasing efforts.
Perform on‑call emergency maintenance services as scheduled.
Manage maintenance inventory and support community leasing by turning vacant apartments within 3–5 business days.
Communicate with the Community Director regarding operational issues impacting financial success.
Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when interacting with residents, vendors, and subordinates.
Adhere to Federal Fair Housing, ADA, and city, county, and state regulations.
Support Service Director in subcontractor management when required.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and capacity to work a rotating on‑call schedule.
Physical stamina up to 50 lbs and proficiency in lifting, squatting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and standing.
Hands‑on tool use and HVAC knowledge; a CPO license is preferred.
Background check and drug screen clearance required.
