As our Paralegal, you’ll be an essential part of the team, working closely with attorneys to manage case files, assist with discovery process, and keep the cases organized. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Case Management:
Organize, manage, and maintain case files from inception to resolution. Discovery Coordination:
Assist in preparing discovery responses and coordinating document production. Trial Preparation:
Help prepare exhibits, subpoenas, witness lists, and trial binders. Client Communication:
Be the friendly, responsive point of contact for clients and outside counsel. Calendar Management:
Track important deadlines and maintain the firm’s litigation calendar. What You Bring to the Table
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years (insurance defense experience preferred). Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software. Personality:
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. You’re the type who catches typos, double-checks the facts, and always has a Plan B. Work Ethic:
