Front End Manager (FT) The Front End Manager, reporting to the Store Manager/ASM, is responsible for all aspects of store operations related to the front end. This includes managing POS registers/cashiers, service desk/associates, layaway, cash office functions, and maintaining front end cleanliness and organization. The manager ensures efficient line control for a fast and friendly checkout experience, reviews daily reports, and addresses issues promptly with the Store Manager and Loss Prevention team. The Front End Manager ensures compliance with company policies, improves front end efficiency through effective hiring, and handles customer issues to enhance shopping experiences. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Qualifications: Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members, and understanding company policies and training materials. Basic math skills for operating registers, making change, and conducting inventory. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with the fitness to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, and lift repetitively.
