Our client is a property management firm looking to add a
Recertification Specialist
to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$29/hr - $30/hr
Position Overview
Our client is seeking your experience in processing recertifications in low-income housing property management on a contract-to-hire basis. If you are seeking a step up in your career, this is the job for you as a Recertification Specialist.
Responsibilities Of The Recertification Specialist
LIHTC annual recertifications. Coding invoices. Leasing and marketing. Touring with prospective residents. Processing applications. Move-in documentation process. Assisting with resident relations with exceptional customer service. Rent collection. Entering work orders and working closely with the Maintenance team.
Required Experience/Skills for the Recertification Specialist:
Prior work as a Recertification or Occupancy Specialist or related role. LIHTC annual recertifications.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Recertification Specialist:
Knowledge of OneSite or other property management software is a plus.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree is preferred.
