Key Requirements

10+ years in aerospace, defence tech, or autonomy-related BD or partnerships Experience selling or integrating complex systems (avionics, ISR, autonomy platforms, etc.) Strong understanding of how OEMs and Tier 1s operate and how to work with them Strategic mindset, but able to execute quickly in a startup environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to travel regularly across the US

This role combines ownership, scale, and impact. You’ll help shape how autonomy gets embedded across modern aerospace platforms and have the backing, runway, and tech to deliver. Ideal for someone who’s ready to build a commercial function with long-term legacy. Seniority level
