School 1:1 Nurse Needed RN OR CSN OR LVN

Job Overview Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced School Nurse to provide 1:1 medical support for an elementary student with newly diagnosed diabetes. This role requires strong clinical confidence and the ability to manage diabetic care independently in a school setting.

Job Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student with diabetes

Monitor blood glucose levels and administer care as required

Respond to health needs promptly and appropriately during the school day

Maintain accurate medical documentation and care logs

Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families

Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Active LVN, RN, or CSN license accepted

Demonstrated experience with diabetic care required

Previous school-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Ability to work onsite during assigned schedule
