School Registered Nurse/RN Opening - Spring Lake Park, MN

Overview Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to support an elementary school health room. This onsite role focuses on daily student health needs, medical care coordination, and required health screenings throughout the school year.

Responsibilities

Manage daily medication administration

Provide tube feeding administration as required

Communicate with families regarding student health needs

Conduct hearing and vision screenings for special education evaluations

Respond to student health concerns during the school day

Maintain accurate medical documentation and health records

Collaborate with school staff and special education teams

Qualifications

Active RN license required

Previous school-based nursing experience preferred

Pediatric nursing experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Ability to work onsite during scheduled school hours
