About the Role As CEO, you will:
Champion our mission and represent the organization to partners, donors, and the community
Lead strategic planning and organizational growth
Cultivate a strong culture rooted in integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration
Oversee financial stewardship to ensure long‑term sustainability
Inspire staff, volunteers, and stakeholders toward shared goals

Qualification Required:
Minimum of 10 years of management experience including knowledge of developmental disabilities.
Master’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
Experience in finance, marketing, sales and community outreach.
Interest in and desire to work or a nonprofit organization that advocates for individuals with disabilities.
Knowledge in strategic leadership.
Passion for leading and mentoring others.
Preferred:
Advanced degree in business administration, finance, human resources or law.
Extensive professional experience in executive and leadership roles.
Extensive understanding of the nonprofit industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
