Position Summary The

Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

will support the full scope of HR operations at the professional level. This individual will serve as a key partner to employees and leadership across multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, HR data and reporting, and benefits and payroll support as needed.

This role requires fluency in both

English and Spanish

and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company quality systems and cGMP requirements

Maintain compliance for all employee and applicant documentation

Process personnel action forms and ensure proper approvals

Administer and audit USCIS I-9 employment verification documentation

Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate analytical and compliance reports

Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and support full-cycle recruiting

Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies and internal hiring managers

Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and facility tours

Track and administer employee referral programs

Support 30/60/90-day onboarding milestones and mentoring accountability

Maintain approved position listings and assigned salary grades

Employee Relations & Support

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Support employee relations matters and documentation

Assist with FMLA, LOA, and Workers' Compensation case management

Promote a positive employee experience across the organization

Additional Duties

Monitor and manage Workers' Compensation claims and follow-ups

Administer FMLA documentation while meeting required timelines

Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be

bilingual in English and Spanish

Bachelor's degree preferred

3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience

Strong knowledge of core HR functions and best practices

Experience with HR metrics and data analysis

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short deadlines

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with UKG/Kronos is a plus

Reliable attendance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
