**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking an **Office Administrator (Level C)** to join the **Fabrication Team.** As an Office Administrator you will support multiple manufacturing sites in **Auburn, WA and Puyallup, WA.** This role will support Fabrication leaders across 3 business units: Skin and Spar, Composite Manufacturing and Engineering and will require travel between 3 office locations in the Auburn / Puyallup area.
**Position Responsibilities:** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** 4+ years’ experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports4+ years’ experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for senior level management4+ years’ experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities from multiple sources
