Part Time Customer Advocate - Vending Machine
We're looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer‑facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in the U.S.
As a Customer Advocate you’ll help customers with our one‑of‑a‑kind vending‑machine experience, create a memorable pick‑up experience, and provide exceptional service while working at our vending‑machine locations.
Shift Requirement Hours:
7 AM – 3 PM, 6 days a week (Saturdays required).
Compensation
Pay Range: $17‑$19 per hour
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
At 3 months: $17.50 per hour
At 6 months: $18.00 per hour
Through Carvana’s performance‑based Careers Not Jobs program, you can progress to $19 per hour by the end of your first year, with $0.50 raises every 90 days.

About the Role
Create an amazing and memorable pick‑up experience for customers at our vending machine
Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in our customer tracking system
Swiftly address customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process
Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy
Obtain a local notarization license within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)
Meet state‑specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems
California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)
General Qualifications & Requirements
Physical ability to detail, load, and unload vehicles; work in indoor/outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement or extreme weather
Prolonged standing and walking for 8+ hours per shift
Strong written, verbal, and reading English communication skills
Ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat; lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lb
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving
