Customer Service Delivery Advocate – Carvana
We’re looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana – the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.
Shift Requirement The hours for this position are from 7 am – 5 pm, 9 am – 7 pm or 11 am – 9 pm. Team members should be available to work 7 days a week, with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days.
Earnings
Pay Range: $19–$22.50 per hour
Starting Pay: $19 hr
At 1 Month: $20 hr (for team members in good standing)
At 3 Months: $21 hr (as part of our Careers Not Jobs merit program)
At 6 Months: $21.50 hr
At 9 Months: $22 hr
In your first 3 months, you move from $19 hr to $21 hr. After this initial period, you are eligible for a $0.50 merit increase every 90 days through our Careers Not Jobs program, based on performance.

About The Role
Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required; training is provided)
Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure safe driving conditions
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system
Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy
Obtain a Notary license in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana)
Obtain access to DMV/title and registration systems as required by state law
For Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees – obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within two weeks of employment (sponsored by Carvana)
For California employees – obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana)
General Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading onto haulers, indoors and outdoors, with occasional exposure to inclement or extreme weather.
Ability to walk, stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Requires high and low levels of movement, including reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lb
Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
