This role will be accountable for delivering innovative technical solutions and leading digital transformation initiatives in the product technology domain.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic technology leadership and develop long‑term roadmaps aligned to corporate objectives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Architect and deliver end‑to‑end technology programs using program management and agile delivery approaches to meet time, scope, and budget targets.
Lead, mentor, and orchestrate hybrid onshore/offshore development and operations teams to deliver business‑critical applications and services.
Drive innovation through process re‑engineering and service‑oriented architectures (SOA) that modernize legacy systems, reduce operational overhead, and increase enterprise agility.
Evaluate, pilot, and operationalize emerging technologies (including Generative AI and prompt engineering) to accelerate development cycles, improve data insights, and automate complex business workflows.
Own solution architecture, integrations, and release management for enterprise portals, learning platforms, verification systems, and other core applications.
Establish and enforce platform and development governance, security practices, and cost optimization across cloud and collaboration ecosystems.
Act as a senior technical advisor and stakeholder liaison, translating executive strategy into practical, auditable technology solutions that meet business and compliance needs.
Qualifications
Required :
12+ years of progressive technology experience, including significant experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector and demonstrated understanding of regulated environments.
Proven record of leading enterprise & solution architecture and digital transformation programs at scale, delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.
Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft and AWS cloud ecosystems—including architecture, deployment, security, and cost management.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint (on‑premises and online), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), and the Viva suite for driving enterprise collaboration and learning.
Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI, prompt engineering, and Microsoft Copilot technologies to real business problems.
Strong background in designing and building integrations and APIs, and in using API management tools and gateway approaches.
Prior experience leading hybrid onshore/offshore teams and vendor/partner relationships.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, IT, and compliance functions.
Preferred :
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services, Key Vault) and AWS (S3, CloudFront, EC2, Lambda).
Proficiency with collaboration & productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Viva Suite, SharePoint, and SPFx.
Experience on low‑code platforms like Power Platform (Canvas & Model‑driven apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Familiarity with development & DevOps tools: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, TFS, CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of REST APIs, API gateway concepts, and enterprise integration patterns.
Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js), PowerShell, SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS.
Experience with AI/ML, including Generative AI, prompt engineering, Microsoft Copilot.
Experience with migration & governance tools such as Sharegate, Metalogix, AvePoint and governance frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with ITSM & tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
