Job Description
Centennial Technologies Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and staffing initiatives across multiple government programs. The ideal candidate will manage full cycle recruiting with a strong focus on niche technical, financial, and program support roles, while helping the company compete effectively in the federal marketplace. This role plays a key part in supporting growth, delivery readiness, and compliance in a small‑business environment where agility, collaboration, and mission alignment are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate communication, and offer support
Partner with program managers and technical leads to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Build and maintain candidate pipelines across priority skill areas such as Financial, IT, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud engineering, and program support
Post job requisitions, review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview feedback with hiring teams
Support bid & proposal (B&P) recruiting efforts, including contingent staffing, resume alignment, and recruiting for key personnel positions
Support proposal recruiting and surge hiring efforts by identifying qualified candidates and maintaining talent pools
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking platforms to attract qualified talent
Maintain recruiting metrics such as pipeline status, time-to-fill, and candidate engagement reporting
Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners on shared staffing and workforce alignment
Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and company hiring policies throughout the recruiting process
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support candidate handoff and start‑date coordination
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting tools, templates, and sourcing processes.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
2-5 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1-2 years supporting federal contracting or government programs
Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening candidates for cleared, technical, or professional federal roles
Experience supporting proposal recruiting, surge staffing, or rapid‑response hiring in a small‑business environment
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates, program managers, and teaming partners
Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards to build federal talent pipelines
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced, small‑business setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Security Clearance
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, may be subject to a government security investigation, and must meet eligibility requirements for clearance
