Manage financial, administrative, and operational functions within the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Perform complex and technical business/accounting functions in support of the University’s financial system; pull data and build finished reports, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with University and regulatory provisions. Perform data entry and analysis in the processing of financial transactions for the school. Provide guidance to staff, faculty and students on University policies and procedures. Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to faculty. Serve as the main point of contact for all building and business office–related requests, from initial inquiry to resolution. Manage all sponsored and non-sponsored research projects for the School. Use judgment in prioritization of work and in application of processes and procedures; analyze and initiate processes to improve operations; develop procedural documentation.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and three to five years of related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software. Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and word-processing applications, including complex formulas, pivot tables, editing and proofreading. Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively perform duties within deadline-driven environment, with frequently changing customer demands.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience using PeopleSoft, Axiom, and PeopleAdmin desirable.
