Be sure to carefully review and update your application information before submitting an application! The University of Vermont seeks a creative Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Team. The TA Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leader to enhance and streamline recruitment and onboarding processes across the UVM campus. They will be responsible for staff recruitments for the university and will manage the candidate experience for applicants. They will collaborate with departments to provide expert guidance, develop proactive recruitment strategies, source candidates, and improve the UVM Careers page. They will proactively identify and engage talent through sourcing and strategic networking to build a robust pipeline of candidates and maintain high-quality pool of ready-to-hire candidates for future vacancies. They will plan and execute recruitment events, including on‑campus and off‑campus job fairs, open houses, and other outreach initiatives. Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, including experience working on executive or high-level roles. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Desirable Qualifications
Experience in planning and organizing recruitment events Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Anticipated Pay Range
$70,000-80,000 Special Conditions
A probationary period may be required, This position is eligible for full‑time telework in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position. FLSA
